Scheduling - Conflict Dates

Please take time to research your teams availability prior to completing this section. Any changes requested after submitting this form will need to follow our rescheduling policies. Please note we are limited by the number of weekends available for spring league play and the number of fields currently available. Please check the dates you are not available. Also include a reason why your team is not available for play on the marked days. Note we only guarantee to fulfill request for no play due to school, soccer tournament and MRL conflicts. We will not guarantee a requested day off for any other reason. Because of the limited number of fields available teams should expect to play on Sundays. The rainout weekend for Fall 2009 will be October 31st and November 01st..

Please make note that League games will be scheduled on all the Heartland Tournament weekends for all teams who do not request the weekends off. - So if you plan on playing in one or all of the Heartland Soccer Tournaments please be sure to mark it off as a conflict weekend. Heartland Tournament weekends: 9/4-7 Midwest Classic Boys and Girls, 10/16-18 Midwest All Girls Tournament, 11/-6-8 Heritage Invitational Tournament- Girls, 11/13-15 Heritage Invitational Tournament -Boys

Please note that ALL TEAMS are REQUIRED to have 2 carded coaches.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY IF YOU NEED THE ENTIRE WEEKEND OFF.

TEAM'S REQUESTING "ALL SUNDAY'S" OFF WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Multi Team Conflicts

Please list all the other teams that your coach coaches. Great efforts will be made to avoid all conflicts for any coach who coaches FIVE or less teams. Coaches who coach SIX or more teams should expect conflicts and therefore are required to have a registered assistant coach who is able to cover the conflicting games.

Only Head Coaches will be taken into account for MULTI TEAM CONFLICTS .
